Poetry Devotion: Trust

When adversity brings you low,Remember He who loves you so,And flee into His arms for solace,For comfort, help, and grace. He who feeds the tiny Sparrows,Stands ready to bestow,Mercy and loving-kindness,Consolation in distress. He may not wave His hand and LO!Troubles vanish just like so,But trust He who gently leads you through,For Jesus is--ever and always-true.When no one understands, and my world is filledwith pain and hurt, help me, Lord, hold tightly to Your hand...no matter what. AmenBe of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all you that hope in the Lord.
