Psalm 16:2 GW I said to the LORD, "You are my Lord. Without you, I
have nothing good."
We have nothing good without God because doesn't just "do" good. He is
just "good." God is the embodiment of good. Without a relationship
with God we have no intrinsic good within ourselves. The more we shut
God out of our lives and our nation, the more evil, hate, intolerance
and destruction takes over. To be good, I need God.
